This House building company forms part of a Group whose turnover will rise to Ј350 million in year 2006*07.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for take-offs, scheduling, viability accuracy and have an awareness of construction rates and timescales. Appreciation of value engineering is essential along with technical and construction knowledge for drawing checks.
